Checking EC for lands in TAMILNADU



Checking EC for lands in TAMILNADU
 if you know the following details of your land
 Zone, Sub-Register Office(SRO) ,Village , Survey No. 

Step:1     Go to http://ecview.tnreginet.net/ 
    



Step:2    Choose  "EC"  in   Search By : EC Document

Step:3    Choose your respective Zone and District from the Drop down menu

Step:4     Select the correct “Sub Registrar Office” (SRO)  and   “Village”

Step:5     Choose the date range from the ”From Date”  &  “To Date”

Step:6     Enter the Survey no correctly.

Note:
          Eg:: Survey Number 1/1A, then type 1 in Survey No column and 1A in Subdivision No
        
Eg~ 546/2A1B1, then type 546 in Survey No column and 2A1B1 in subdivision No




The Encumbrance Certificate (EC) will be prepared as PDF file and given for download in the next page.

If your computer does not support the Tamil font in the downloaded PDF file,
download the FONT “Tab_Reginet.ttf” from link
                   http://www.tnreginet.net/TAB_R___.TTF

    It is not populating village on selecting SRO for all the options available. The site is useless if this is not populated

      New EC doesn't require tamil font. I did a new EC search online and PDF got download and I see the tamil font.
