வாழ்க்கையில என்ன இருந்து என்னா ஆவப்போவுது ஒரு தம்பி தங்கச்சி இல்லம போயிடிசே, எனக்கு இருக்குற திறமைக்கு என் கிட்ட ஒரு பிள்ளையை குடுத்து பாரு நான் வழிகாட்டியா இருந்து எப்படி பெரிய ஆள் ஆக்குறேன்னு” என்று நினைப்பவரா? அப்ப நீங்க போக வேண்டிய இடம் “வாழை”.நாம வாழ்க்கையில இந்த அளவு உயர்ந்து இருக்க என்ன காரணமுன்னு யோசிச்சி பாத்தா யாராச்சும் ஒருத்தர் நம்மளை நம்ம வாழ்க்கையின் ஒவ்வொரு கட்டத்துலையும் ’இது பண்ணு தம்பி இதை படி தம்பி’ன்னு வழி நடத்தி இருப்பாரு. இந்த பாக்கியம் எல்லாருக்கும் கிடைப்பது இல்லை.
வாழையின் நோக்கமே அந்த மாதிரியான மாணவர்களை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அவர்களுக்கு வழிகாட்டியா ஒருவரை நியமனம் செய்வதே.. அட இந்த டீலிங் நல்லா இருக்கே, வாழையில நான் என்ன பண்ணலாமுன்னு கேக்கறீங்களா? அப்ப கீழ இருக்குற மேட்டரை படிங்க.

வாழையில் வழிகாட்டியாக விரும்பும் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் ஒரு தம்பி/ward அளிக்கப்படுவார். என்னாடா இது.. வழிகாட்டி, Mentor, கிண்டாருன்னெல்லாம் சொல்றாங்களே இதுக்கு பெரிய அப்பாடக்கரா இருக்கணும் போலயேன்னு நெனைச்சி பயந்துடாதீங்க. உங்களுக்கு ஒரு தம்பி இருந்தா நீங்க என்ன பண்ணுவிங்க?அடிக்கடி போன் போட்டு பேசுவீங்க, போயி பாப்பிங்க, இதை பண்ணுடா அதை பண்ணுடான்னு சொல்லுவிங்க இல்லயா.. அந்த வேலயத்தான் நீங்க இங்க செய்யப்போறீங்க. வாழைக்கு பெண் வழிகாட்டிகள்/Mentorகள் நிறைய தேவைப்படுகிறார்கள்.
தொண்டர்கள் வாழைக்கு தேவையான அலுவலக ரீதியான பணிகள் அப்புறம் த்த இன்ன பிற வேலைங்க இருக்கும் இல்ல அதுல உதவலாம்.

Arizona attacked by Massive dust storm
Arizonans are calling it the mother of all haboobs - a mile-high wall of ominous, billowing dust that appeared to swallow Phoenix and its suburbs.
The massive dust storm, also called a "haboob" in Arabic and around Arizona, is all locals could talk about Wednesday. It moved through the state around sundown Tuesday, halting airline flights, knocking out power to nearly 10,000 people, turning swimming pools into mud pits and caking cars with dirt.
The sky was still filled with a hazy shade of brown a day later as residents washed their cars and swept sidewalks.A dust storm known as a 'haboob' rolls into downtown Phoenix, Arizona, US on Tuesday night, July 5, 2011, bringing strong winds and low visibility. Haboobs are part of Arizona's annual monsoon season, which is now in full swing.
